I think their debut album was hyped up and some felt it didn't live up to it. I disagree - I love that album. I got it on CD a few years ago. I remember seeing "Ways to Be Wicked" on MTV circa 86 (I think), and thought, wow, great song, and that singer is pretty cute! I know Tom Petty (co?) wrote that song. The "original" studio recording with Peter Green on guitar is pretty much unfindable now. That guitar recitatif is incredible. A heavier band did a cover of this but I forget which one and it didn't have the same impact. "I can't help it 'bout the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin. But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to."
