In Wallonia, a French-speaking region of Belgium, local authorities are fighting global warming by imposing a “barbecue tax” on outdoor grilling. Beginning in June, each grilling session will cost €20.
To monitor compliance with this new regulation intended to curb global warming, authorities will use thermal sensors on helicopters.

And also, how many outdoor grills does it take running wide open to equal the carbon dioxide emissions of one hour of helicopter flight? My guess is a whole bunch.
